Last updated: June 1, 2025. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YoYoSMM platform and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using YoYoSMM (“the Platform”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
YoYoSMM is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel that provides social media engagement services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, shares, and watch hours for various social media platforms.
No Guarantees of Platform Compliance
While we design our services to be as safe as possible, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) have their own terms of service. We cannot guarantee that using our services will never result in any action taken by those platforms against your accounts. You use our services at your own discretion.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance via our Status page.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@yoyosmm.online if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Eligibility
Accounts are for individual use only. You may not transfer, sell, or share access to your account with others. Agency users seeking multi-seat access should contact us separately.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform in any way.
Balance Deposits
All deposits are credited to your YoYoSMM balance in Indian Rupees (INR). Balances do not expire and may be used for any available service. Deposits are non-refundable once orders have been placed from the balance.
Refund Policy for Failed Orders
If an order fails to deliver the promised quantity, the order value is automatically refunded to your YoYoSMM balance within 24 hours. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method for completed orders.
Drop Refill Guarantee
If you experience a drop of more than 10% on a completed order within 30 days, contact support for a free refill. This guarantee applies to follower and subscriber services only, not views or likes.
Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your payment provider while services have been delivered may result in immediate account suspension and pursuit of the amount through other means.
You agree not to use YoYoSMM to:
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the services will meet your specific expectations, that any particular result will be achieved, or that social media platforms will not take action against your accounts.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YoYoSMM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR YoYoSMM BALANCE IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
